🚀 07/10/26 - Everything you know about the TxtCart dashboard just changed.

Version 4.5 is not a reskin. Every single line of code behind our front end and back end has been rewritten, replacing 6 years of additive code from a rotating cast of part time engineers with one unified platform, built by a dedicated team with a clear vision for where TxtCart is headed. Combined with the recent rebuild of the Flows engine underneath TxtCart, this release officially moves us from a Shopify app to an enterprise grade offering.

We won't list every change here, the list is too long, but here's what actually matters to you.

Updates:

Feature Launch: Advanced Segmentation for Campaigns

This is the big one. You can now build your own dynamic segments based on your subscribers' attributes and send campaigns straight to them. No more choosing from a handful of preset audiences, if you can define it, you can target it.

Feature Launch: List Based Campaigns

Send campaigns directly to the lists you've already uploaded. Full control over exactly who receives a send, without building a segment first.

Feature Launch: Excluded Audiences

Pick any audience type and subtract it from a campaign's recipients. Perfect for keeping recent purchasers, VIPs, or any group you don't want to hear from twice, out of a send.

New Branding, New Home

TxtCart's new branding and design system shipped with this release, and the platform now lives at app.txtcart.ai instead of dashboard.txtcartapp.com. Same login, same account, just a cleaner, faster home. Update any bookmarks when you get a chance.

Other Platform Updates

• Multiple discount codes: Campaigns can now include more than one discount code in a single send.

• Branded short links in Campaigns: Every campaign link is now a branded short link, giving you full click tracking on campaign sends.

• Smarter discount code creation: Every discount code modal now lets you select an existing Shopify code or create a new one directly, no more tab switching.

• Leaderboards and Milestones: Track your progress toward milestones, earn rewards, and see where you stand on the anonymous monthly leaderboard.

• Test messages now send from your approved number, not a centralized TxtCart number, so what you preview is exactly what your subscribers will see.

• Unsubscribed subscribers are now visible in your subscribers list.

As always, any code that changes can break, even with careful, faithful porting of every feature. If something looks off, report it and we'll jump on it fast.
