Currently, users can reply to conversations after they’ve already been started through a Flow or Campaign.It would be helpful to allow users to manually start 1-on-1 SMS conversations with customers directly from TxtCart. This would make it easier to reach out to individual customers when needed, including from tablets or iPads.
